SMD-90 Automatic Ultrasonic Double PE Paper Cup Machine, which could produce 2.5oz-46oz hot drink and cold drink paper cup.
Working principles:
1. Square paper pieces be printed(use offset printer)and cut(use die-cutting machine)in advance, becomes cup-fan-wall-papers to make cup body.
2. Paper sender delivers the cup-fan-wall-papers to molds, sealing the body.
3. The cup bottom paper (reel) automatic feed to the bottom cut parts, be cut into round pieces and sent to molds with the sealed cup body.
4. Pre heating the cup bottom, bottom heating, curlinging the top edge.
5. Sealing the bottom with body.
6. Knurling the cup bottom.
7. Discharging finished cups automatically from molds. Sending to collector and be collected and piled and counted automatically

Paper Cup Making Process:
1. Paper Making Machine make paper roll.
2. Flexo Printing Machine or Paper cup Printing machine to Paper roll
3. Paper die-cutting machine to make paper fan which is paper body
4. We use electrical heater or Evergreen Ultrasonic to send paper fan to the mould and sealing
5. At the same time, the paper bottom automatic cut to round type and sent to the mould
Together with paper fan.
6. Preheat the bottom, heat again the bottom, and curling the top edge of the cup
7. Sealing the bottom and body strongly, Knurling the bottom.
8. Discharging finished paper cup automatically from moulds. Sending to the collector and be collected and piled and count automatically. Each 50pcs or 100pcs, we can set alarm, so easy to collect.
